Non sono un grande fans del Wrestling. Certo, pure io sul finire degli anni 90 l’ho seguito per un po’ ma ora non riesco a reggerlo più di cinque minuti. Una volta però mi sono imbattuto, quasi per caso, in un wrestler stupendo: Santino Marella.

Ieri cercando i dati su di un videogioco, mi sono imbattuto in quella che è la sua “biografia”. Una fantastica storia vera, che sa di vero come solo le storie di wrestling sanno essere. Eccovi il testo:

Although he has usually proven the least likely – albiet funniest – Superstar in most matches, Marella has earned his share of championships, both as an individual and a tag partner. A favorite with the “Santino Universe,” the lovable Italian has always been a true showman. Today, whether loved or hated, with Marella in a match, the WWE Universe knows they’re going to be entertained.
